摘　　要：2004年,重庆市外汇资金净流入不断增加,主要表现在流入渠道不断变化,流入的行业较为集中,资本项下的流人增速也明显加快,这对宏观调控、国际收支平衡和产业结构调整产生了一定的影响。文章建议,应从尽快统一中外资企业的国民待遇,提高对资本流动的监测、应变和管理能力等方面来改善国际收支的平衡状况。The net inflow of foreign capital into Chongqing continued to increase in 2004, with changing channels, more concentrated industries and a clear acceleration in capital account inflows. This impacted macroeconomic control, the international balance of payments and the attempts to reform the industrial structure. It is suggested that Chinese and foreign-funded enterprises should be treated equally, and that capital inflow supervision and management should be enhanced as soon as possible in order to improve the international balance of payments.
