摘　　要：本文提出一种二维相关的非平稳信源模型。在此基础上,设计了一种双扫描自适应编码方案。结合算术编码,利用该自适应方案对报纸传真文件进行编码实验,结果表明自适应编码比固定参数的非自适应编码效率提高30％左右。In this paper, a nonstationary model for two dimensional correlative source is given. An adaptive coding scheme with double scanning is designed on the basis of the model. Combined with arithmetic coding, the adaptive scheme is applied to coding of fascimile newspaper and the result is excellent. The coding efficiency of the adaptive scheme is about 30% higher than that of the nonadaptive coding with constant parameters.
