老年人T淋巴细胞改变的研究

摘　　要：作者检测了34例老年人T淋巴亚群、T淋巴细胞功能及外周血淋巴细胞诱生白细胞介素-2(IL-2)活性。结果显示老年人外周血T淋巴细胞总数(CD_3)与T抑制细胞数(CD_8)明显低于中年组和青年组;而T辅助细胞数(CD_4)则无明显差异。抑制T淋巴细胞(T_s)活性明显降低;T辅助细胞(T_H)无明显变化。外周血淋巴细胞诱生白细胞介素-2的活性明显低于中年组和青年组。这可能是老年人免疫功能低下和免疫调节紊乱的物质基础。提示可用白细胞介素-2恢复老年人的正常免疫调节功能。T cell subgroups, the function of Tlymphocyte and the activity of induced interleukin-2 by peripheral blood lymphocyte were measured in 34 senile people. The results showed that the total number of peripheral blood T lymphocytes (CD3)and T suppressor cells (CD8) in the senile group were apparently lower than that in the middle-aged people and that in the young group. There was no significant difference on the numbers of T helper cells among these three groups. The activity of T suppressor cells decreased apparently while the activity of T helper cells was less significant than the control. The activity of induced in inter leukin-2 byperipheral blood lymphocytes in the senile grot was much lower than that in the middle-aged grou and the young group. This may be the material bas of mabfunction of immune system and disorders immunregulation in senile people. It suggests th we can make use of interleukin-2 to restore the no mal immune regulation in senile people.
