摘  要:在钛基体表面自组装EDTA单分子层,经过CaCl2和Na2HPO4的预钙化处理,1.5倍模拟体液浸泡,仿生沉积得到羟基磷灰石涂层,并对其表面形貌、结构、组分和沉积机理进行分析.实验结果表明:模拟体液浸泡6d后即在钛基体表面得到均匀致密、球状的羟基磷灰石涂层.EDTA自组装、预钙化处理和1.5倍模拟体液提高了羟基磷灰石沉积的过饱和度,降低了形核能垒,促进了羟基磷灰石的生长.HA coatings were biomimetic deposited by functionalizing the titanium by the adsorption of EDTA self-assembly monolayer firstly, then pre-deposit treating with CaCl_2 and Na_2HPO_4 and immersing in 1.5 SBF. And the morphology,microstructure,phase constitutes and deposition mechanism of HA coatings were analyzed. The experiment results indicated: the uniform,dense and spherical HA coatings were deposited on titanium only after immersion in 1.5 SBF for 6 days. EDTA self-assemble,pre-deposit treatment and 1.5 SBF immersion increased the supersaturation of HA deposition, reduced the energy of nucleus formation, accelerated the HA growth.
