摘　　要：文章以长垣县为案例,对欠发达平原农业区工业化发展的道路进行了系统研究,提出并探讨了诸如相对恶劣的区位及自然地理环境为什么能够成为工业化发展的促动因素、人口流动为什么是此类地区工业化发展的突破口、企业为什么会在农村散布而不是向城市集中等问题,最后就政府在工业化过程中应当和能够做什么提出了意见和建议。Taking Changyuan County as a case, this paper makes a systematic study of the industrialization development course of the undeveloped agricultural plain region, posing some important questions and making a further research of the reasons why such relatively negative factors as location and natural geographical environment can become the motivating forces, why population migration becomes the breakthrough in the industrialization development of such kind of region, why enterprises sparkle in countryside not centered in cities etc. In the end, the paper puts forward some constructive opinions and valuable suggestions.
