摘　　要：从20世纪90年代后期的电信泡沫高峰到本世纪初的泡沫破灭,全球电信业陷入低迷。经过几年苦苦争斗,业界普遍认为,2003年全球电信业开始缓慢回暖,2004年保住了这一势头,2005年将继续朝好的方向发展。From the telecom bubbles beginning in the last few years of 1990s to the bubble breaking in the beginning of twenty-first century,global telecom industry has to face the cold winter in the development.However,it is widely recognized that the development of global telecom industry became better in 2003,and this trend kept in 2004.Now we can also say that global telecom industry will welcome a brighter future in 2005.
