摘　　要：根据可靠性理论对热网故障强度的理论基础进行了分析,分析了热网故障强度值的确定原则与方法,提出了减少热网故障的措施。The rationale of failure intensity of heat-supply network is analyzed based on the reliability theory, the analysis is made on determining the principle and the method of failure intensity value of heat-supply network, and measures for decreasing failures of heat-supply network are put forward.
