摘　　要：四环减速器是采用多齿对啮合、少齿差齿轮传动实现减速的新型减速装置。在分析四环减速器输入轴受力状况 的基础上,分11种工况对输入轴进行有限元分析,为提高四环减速器的性能设计提供了理论依据。The four-ring reducer is a kind of new typed retarding device with many mesh points,gearing with small difference between the numbers of teeth.Based on analysis on stress condition of the input axial,the finite element analysis was carried out upon input axial in 11 kinds of its working situations with Cosmos/Works software,thus provided theoretical foundation for enhancing the performance design of four ring reducer.
