摘 要:研究了DL 411 A型铝酸酯偶联剂改性硅灰石及其在白油分散介质中的黏度行为,结果表明:用0 2%铝酸酯偶联剂改性的硅灰石粉在白油中降黏性大幅度下降,在水中沉降体积增大,吸油量随偶联剂用量增加而下降;而使体系黏度剧增的填充量,改性硅灰石粉比未改性硅灰石粉高1倍;吸水率随铝酸酯偶联剂用量增大而下降,且在85~93℃温度范围内改性对硅灰石粉的白度无明显影响。The wollastonite modified by DL-411-A aluminate coupling agent and its viscosity (behaviour) in disperse medium of white oil were investigated,the results indicated that the decline of viscosity of wollastonite powder modified with 0.2% aluminate coupling agent in white oil was enhanced greatly,precipitation volume in water increased,oil absorption declined with the increase of coupling agent content;but in regard to loading level causing the leap of system viscosity,the modified wollastonite powder was twice as non-modified wollastonite powder;water absorption declined with the increase of aluminate coupling agent content,and whiteness of wollastonite powder was not influenced obviously when the modifying temperature was in the range of 85~93℃.
