摘　　要：农业文献信息资源开发的质量如何,在高等农业院校的发展中起着举足轻重的作用。本文就书刊出版发行业的变化,探索出高校图书馆在采访工作中,对农业文献资源开发要本着避开被制约的矛盾,采取采访工作依据的主体化、采访策略的多元化的原则,保证农业文献资源的完整性。The quality of developed agriculture information resources holds the balance in the development of advanced agriculture university. Based on the change of books and periodicals publishing industry, the paper explores that the work of collecting books in library of advanced academies should conform to following aspects: try to avoid the contradiction of being restriction when exploiting agriculture information resources; according to the principle that the foundation of the work should has a main body and the tactics should be varied; guarantees the integrity of the agriculture information resources.
