摘　　要：本文主要论述我国西部图书馆建设中普遍存在的问题,并据此提出几点对策和建议,即西部地区图书馆应该进一步改变观念,深化改革,加强特色化建设,与时俱进,实现跨越式发展。The paper illustrates the ubiquitous problems of library construction in West China Zone and puts forward recommendations and countermeasures that libraries in West China Zone must change concept, deepen reform, strengthen the specialization construction, keep up with times, and realize leap-forward development.
