摘　　要：本文针对图书馆转型期经费投入与需求矛盾产生的后果,如导致馆藏特色削弱,管理手段落后,人才培养滞后等探讨解决这一矛盾的对策,从合理使用经费、改变传统管理观念、建章立制、走社会化服务的道路、广开筹资渠道走产业化发展的路子等方面研究解决矛盾的办法。The article is talking about the result of library changing style period that investment and demand of expense. For example: the characteristic of library owned decreases, administrative methods, personnel training goes down, and so on. How to solve the contradictions, then where strategy is, we must do it from changing the traditional managing concept, budget consume rational to set up a set of managing rules, expense-raising aspects widely. It might be on the way of social service and industrial development. All of the methods that we named could be solved and researched the contradiction.
