摘  要: 研究了用微柱高效液相色谱法测定岩陀及复方岩白菜素片中岩白菜素的含量.样品中岩白菜素用甲醇超声振荡提取,提取液通过Sep-Pak-C18固相萃取小柱过滤收集,然后以WatersXterraTMRP18(1.0×50mm,2.5μm)微柱为固定相,22%的甲醇为流动相分离,岩白菜素在0.99min即可达到基线分离,用紫外二极管矩阵检测器检测.方法标准回收率为98.1%~104%,相对标准偏差为1.7%~2.2%.此方法可快速、准确的测定岩白菜样品中岩白菜素的含量.A microcolumn high performance liquid chromatography method for the determinationof bergeninum in Rodgersia pinnata Hemsl and compound bergeninum tablets was studied. The bergeninum was extracted from the sample with methanol by ultrasonic extraction for 45 min. Then the bergeninum was separated on a Waters Xterra^(TM) RP_(18)(1.0×50mm, 2.5μm) chromatogram microcolumn with 22% methanol in 0.99 min, and monitored with the photodiode array detector. The recoveries of the flavonoids are 98.1%~104%, and relative standard deviations are 1.7%~2.2%. This method was applied to the determination of bergeninum with good results.
