摘 要:研究了用超临界二氧化碳从黄花蒿中萃取青蒿素的影响因素。在152~297MPa和40~60℃范围内,萃取压力和萃取温度升高,萃取率增大,萃取选择性下降。以萃取率和萃取选择性为目标,优化了超临界萃取工艺条件,得到较佳的操作条件萃取压力20MPa,萃取温度50℃,CO2流量1kg/(h·kg原料),原料粒径60~80目。在优化条件下萃取4h,萃取率达到95%以上,萃取物纯度10%以上。The supercritical fluid extraction(SFE) of artemisinin was studied by using ground ~Artemisia annua L. as raw material and CO_2 as solvent. The effects of operation conditions on the extraction yield and extraction selectivity were investigated in a series of experiments at ~temperatures between 313 K and 333 K and pressures between 15.2MPa and 29.7MPa and ~humidity of raw material between 2.5% and 11.3%. Furthermore, the effects of CO_2 flow rate and particle size of raw material were studied in the range of 0.162 to 1.968 kg·h^-1 and 40 to 80 mesh. The optimum conditions were pressure of 20MPa, temperature of 323K,solvent ratio of 1kg of CO_2 per kg of raw material, humidity of raw material of 11.3% and particle size of 60~80 mesh. In these conditions, the extraction yield was more than 95% and the purity of artemisinin of the extract was 10% for extraction time of 4h.
