摘  要:采用包埋法固定Aspergillussp.菌体制备成生物吸附剂,对水中的Cr6+进行吸附实验。通过比较几种不同的固定化载体,发现5%PVA+1%SA为最佳固定载体。还研究了pH值、Cr6+初始浓度、菌体浓度、吸附时间、共存离子等因素对Cr6+吸附的影响,并对Aspergillussp.菌体去除Cr6+的吸附机理进行了探讨。A biologic adsorbent was prepared with immobilized Aspergillus sp. for adsorption of heavy metal ion Cr^6+ from aqueous solution. Several methods for immobilizing biomass were ~compared, in which the method immobilizing Aspergillus sp. with 5%PVA+1%SA as ~entrapment material was considered to be the optimum. The influence factors of its ~adsorption ~ability such as pH value, initial concentration of Cr^6+ , biomass dose, adsorption time and the effect of competitive ion were analyzed.In addition, the mechanism of removing Cr^6+ by ~immobilized Aspergillus sp. biomass was studied.
