摘  要:目的 分析杭州市 2 0 0 3年急性肠道传染病暴发疫情流行病学特征 ,提出预防措施 ,有效控制暴发疫情的发生。方法 将该市 2 0 0 3年间发生的 11起急性肠道传染病资料进行综合分析。结果  (1)水源或食物受污染是引起肠道传染病暴发疫情的主要因素。 (2 )肠道传染病暴发病种以细菌性痢疾多见。 (3)学校内暴发疫情较多 ,罹患对象为学生。结论 加快农村改水工作 ,加强校内饮食卫生管理是有效控制疫情发生的主要措施。Objective The epidemiological characteristics of the outbreak of acute intestinal Communicable Diseases in Hangzhou in 2003 were analyzed. Preventive measures were to be suggested in order to effectively control such outbreaks. Methods The date of the 11 of acute intestinal infections in the city in 2003 were analyzed comprehensively. Results (1)The pollution of water and food was the main factor in causing the outbrak of acute intestinal infections. (2)Bacillary dysentery was more often seen in the outbreak. (3)More cases were seen in schools and the persons affected were pupils and students. Conclusion The main effective measures to control the outbreak of the disease lie in hastening improvment of water sources in rural areas and strengthening the management of food hygiene.
