摘　　要：目的　探讨对卖淫妇女开展的第二代性病 /艾滋病监测和定群干预方法。方法　 2 0 0 1年9月至 2 0 0 2年 9月 ,对 184名卖淫妇女进行血清学、临床和行为监测调查 ,评价诊治性病、健康教育等干预活动效果。结果　商业组卖淫妇女干预前、后性病检出率差异有显著性 (P <0 . 0 1) ;商业组卖淫妇女性病感染情况 ,随时间呈下降趋势 ;目标人群避孕套使用得到加强。结论　卖淫妇女二代STD/AIDS监测与干预 ,有利于预防和控制STD/AIDS的流行。Objective The central purpose of the present study was to investigate and practice the second generation surveillance for venereal diseases and HIV and cohort intervention of prostitutes. Methods From Sept of 2001 to Sept of 2002, 184 prostitutes underwent serological, clinical and behavior monitoring and investigation to evaluate the interventions on diagnosing and treating venereal diseases and health education. Results Pre-and post-interventional detection rates of several STD in the commercial group as a whole were compared. It was found that there was a significant difference (P>0 01) between the two. Dynamic observation of STD infection and progression in prostitutes of commercial group revealed a totally decreasing trend with time. The subject population had a reinforced willingness to use condoms. Conclusion: The 2nd generation surveillance for STD/AIDS and intervention of prostitutes are conducive to the intervention and control of STD/AIDS epidemics.
