摘　　要：近几年软交换技术得到了大规模发展,有的运营商已经试商用。但是,软交换在实际网络中如何引入,还存在不少问题。本文从软交换网络组织、IP承载网组织、安全性设计和编号等方面出发,分析了软交换组网要考虑的问题,并给出了近期可实施的解决方案。In the recent year,the technique of softswitch is developed in large scale, and some carriers are trying to operate for business. Using the softswitch is difficult in fact. In the paper, the problems on designing of softswitch network are analyzed in some ways, such as organizing the softswitch network, the requirement for IP bearing network,security and addressing, and the feasible and actual solution is finally presented.
