摘　　要：住宅建设投资方案评价是一项综合性、专业性、技术性极强的工作,其重要性人所共知。本文在分析以往的方案评价方法局限性的基础上,基于价值工程原理,建立了住宅功能和费用评价指标体系,并将层次分析法和模糊多准则决策有效地结合起来,为住宅建设投资方案评价提供了一种有效、适用和较为准确的方法。Chose the best constructional investment projects of residence is a strong activity with synthesis, speciality and technique. On the basis of basic theory of Worthing engineering, this paper establishing functional and costing evolutional indexing system of more optimal constructional investing projects of residence.Then this paper combine effectively The AHP and fuzzy multiple standards decision. The application of this method provided a more effective ,practical and scientific method for the decision-making of residence.
