摘 要:本研究以虎头金鱼的胚胎为材料,依常规制样,进行扫描电镜观察。结果发现,金鱼胚胎在16细胞期时开始出现不均等的卵裂。胚胎发育到心跳期时,金鱼的双尾鳍开始分化。胸鳍芽是在循环期后才出现的。在孵化期时,口已开,位于腹面。下颌形成期,口转向端位。The embryomic development of domesticated goldfish (Carassiusauratus) had been studied with Optical microscope by Battle (1940) and Li Pu et al.(1959).In the present study, the various stages of embryonic development of the redtiger-headed goldfish(Carassius autatus)were examined under scanning electron-microscope. The eggs were obtained from artificial fertilization methods describedby Li Pu et al (1959). The results of our observation are bricfly described asfollows: Microplye of the goldfish was clearly discernible. It located at the end of animalpole. On the surface of colemma formed an inner fitfall as a funnel. The micropyle isabout 15μin size. That is the only passageway for the sperm to pass through into themicropyle for fertilizing the egg. The cleavages of the goldfish divided equally beforc 8-cell stage. But after the16-cell stage, the cleavages were unequal. This stage may mark the beginning Of celldifferentiation (which may startfrom 16-cell stage). These uncqual cleavages formedthe cells of different size and remained clearly discernible until the blastule stage. In our observation, the differentiation of 'paired caudal-fin' of the goldfish hadstarted during the heart-beating stage. It was not in the stage of formation of thecaudal-fin membrane as described by Li Pu et al (1959).
