摘 要:本文介绍了用啤酒酵母活菌株培养褶皱臂尾轮虫的试验成果。试验表明:(1)轮虫接种的适宜密度是14—7 0个/毫升;(2)投喂量对水环境因子有一定影响,但在充分充气条件下,pH和溶氧量变化对轮虫增殖没有明显影响;而化学耗氧量的变化在超过100ppm时,对轮虫增殖有严重影响。(3)投喂量应根据水温和轮虫的数量来确定,在水温30℃时,投喂率3(克酵母/克轮虫),连续采收使轮虫密度保持在200个/毫升左右,可望长时间获得轮虫高产稳产的培养效果;(4)除啤酒酵母外,投喂适当经乳化处理的清鱼肝油,不会影响轮虫的产量,但可以提高轮虫作为幼鱼饵料的营养效果。This paper deals with the results of an experiment to cultivate Brachionusplicatilis by using beer yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The cultivating water used isdiluted solutim of concentrated seawater from Fengxian Saltern. Its specific gravityis 1.015 (i.e. salinity is 19.61‰), pH value is 8.44-8.46, and 8.65 ppm in COD_(Mn).The results are summarized as follows: 1. The optimum inoculational density of the rotifer is about 14-70 ind./ml at25℃. 2. The feeding quantity can notably affect the pH value, dissolved oxygen,chemical oxygen demand and other enviromental factors in the cultevating water, butthere wowld be no any significient impacts for propagation of the rotifer if under wellaerated condition. 3. The feeding quantity is determined on the rate of the total wet weight of therotifer, with the weight of the yeast. It varies with the change of water temperatures.The experiment shows that the optimum feeding rate is 3 when the water temperatureis 30℃. If the density of the rotifer is maintained at 200 ind./ml, a high and stableyield would be expected. In our experiment, the yield per day of the rotifer reachedto 470 thousand in a 3 litre volume cultural bottle for seventeen days, and themaximum value per day reached to 660 thousand. 4. The emulsified fish liver oil is also used to feed the rotifer beside the yeast,the oil became minute granules with the size from 1μ to 20μ, they can be easilyswallowed by the rotifer. In feeding of fish liver oil the concentration under 80 ppm(or the accumulation don't beyond 100 ppm), there will do no harm for reproductionof the rotifer. But the accumulative concentration excess 120 ppm, the reproductionwould be restrained.
