摘 要:实验动态观察了大鼠心肌梗塞(MI)后左、右心室及血浆中血管紧张素Ⅰ、Ⅱ(AngⅠ、Ⅱ)含量和血浆肾素活性的变化。结果表明:术后第3、15和42d,梗塞鼠左、右心室Ang Ⅰ、Ang Ⅱ的含量均显著高于假手术鼠,而血浆肾素活性及Ang Ⅰ含量与假手术组无明显差异。第3d时血浆Ang Ⅱ水平虽有明显升高,但于15d已降到对照水平。提示MI后心脏局部RAS激活,心肌中Ang Ⅰ、Ⅱ的变化与循环RAS无依存关系。Ventricular and plasma Angiotensin (Ang I and Ang III), and plasma renin activity were measured dynamically by radioimmunoassay in infarcted (MI) or sham-operated rats (Sham) on 3, 15 and 42 days after operation. The results showed that both Ang I and Ang I contents in LV increased markedly 3 days after MI (increased 67% and 114% respectively compared with Sham, P < 0. 01 ). It sustained at this high level at the 15th and42th day, and similar changes were observed in RV as well. In plasma Ang I concentration and renin activity, however, there were no significant differ-ances between MI and sham rats. Although plasma Ang I rose at the third day, no significant correlation with ventricular Ang II was found, and it fell to the control level at 15th day. It is suggested that cardiac RAS is activated after MI, and its changes are independent of circulating RAS.
