摘  要:用数值模拟结合实验方法研究了18-8不锈钢管多层对接焊时的应力分布规律,并指出在合适的焊接条件下,当冷却水的流量达到33L/min时,在钢管内壁获得双向压缩残余应力,将明显地提高18-8不锈钢管对接接头抗应力腐蚀破裂能力.In this paper, numerical simulation method in cooperation with experiment is employed to study the stress distribution of multi-layer girth- welding of 18-8 stainless steel pipe cooled by air or water. The researches reveal that as flow of cooling water reaches 33L/min with adequate welding condition, biaxial compression residual stress can be obtained on the inner surface, which will obviously improve the resistance to stress corrosion cracking of 18-8 stainless steel pipe butt-joint.
