摘 要:对直流TIG电弧阳极板表面电流密度的测量方法——分离极板法和探针(自制)法进行了分析比较.以实际测量为基础,研究了这种电弧电流密度的径向分布特征及其数学表达式,分析了电弧电压和电流对电流密度径向分布的影响.研究结果表明:当电流较小时,直流TIG电弧电流的径向分布属正态分布;反之,则无法用简单函数式表达.The measuring methods of D C TIG welding arc anode sheet surface current density split sheet method and probe (made by ourselves) method were analysed and compared. Based on the practical measurement,the radial distribution characteristics and the mathematical expression of the current density were studied. The effects of are voltage and current density on the radial distribution were analysed. The results show that when the current is smaller, the radial distribution of D C TIG are current is a normal one,otherwise it cannot be expressed in a simple function.
