山东盐田数种杜氏藻(Dunaliella spp.)的分类研究

摘　　要：本文描述了从山东羊口、堤口盐场分离的数种杜氏藻的形态与分类。根据Butcher(1959)的分类标准其中MACC/AI及MACC/A5被定为多型杜氏藻(D.polymorpha),MACC/A2为Dunaliella sp.MACC/A140为盐生杜氏藻(D.salina)。这些均为我国首次记录,本文并对分类学上的问题做了详细讨论。Clones of Dunaliella spp. were isolated from salt ponds of Yangkou and Chengkon in Shandong Province. The morphological studies were conducted under light microscope and Normaski Interference microscope. According to the taxonomic standard from Butcher (1959), MACC/A1 and MACC/A5 they were identified as D. polymorpha, MACC/A2 Dunaliella sp. and MACCA/140 was D.salina. All of these are the first records in China. The differences between our clones and Butcher's descriptions were compared, and the problems in taxonomy of Dunaliella spp. were discussed.
