摘  要:近几十年来,导管螺旋桨的试验研究取得了巨大的进展。因它显著提高了重负荷桨的推进效率,故在拖船、拖网渔船以及大功率的超大型油船上得到了广泛的应用.从节省能源角度出发,人们对导管桨的应用也更加重视。但在实际使用中,由于导管内壁的严重空泡侵蚀,造成钢板穿孔漏水,大大降低推进效率,为此必须进行修补或更新,这就带来经济上的重大损失,并因坞修耗时而使船舶的运营效率下降。导管的防蚀已经成为必须加以解决的重要课题。In China the ducted propeller has been extensively used in river tug boats, trawlers and various kinds of ships. However, the inner surface of the duct is still seriously eroded by cavitation. fConsidering the shallow draft in small tug boats and trawlers the author in this article has designed an air suction equipment which will solve the e-rosion problem on the inner surface of the duct. Full scale test has been per_ formed in small trawlers. Through years of experiments, it has been provde that this equipment is quite effective on anti-erosion of propeller duct.This article gives a simple description of the effect of the air suction equipment upon erosion of the propller duct of its properties and results of full scale test on ships.
