摘　　要：用示波极谱直接测定抗血清中溶血素活性的改进方法。１／１５ｍｏｌ／ＬＮａ＿２ＨＰＯ＿４—１／１５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ　ＫＨ＿２ＰＯ＿４－３×１０￣（－８）％十六烷基三甲基溴化铵缓冲溶液（ｐＨ７．４）被用作支持电解质溶液，本方法灵敏度比以前报道方法提高３．５倍，干扰物的允许量也有增加。A improved method for direct determination of hemolysin activity in antisertim by single-sweep oscillopolarography is described.1/15 mol/L Na_2HPO_4-1/15 mol/L K_2HPO_4-3×10￣(-8)%cetyltrimethvlammonium bromide buffer solution(pH7.4)is used as supporting electrolyte solution.Thesensitivitv of the method is three and a half times more than that in orevious method reported. Thetolerates of interferential components can be increased.
