新型装配式整体圆梳顶梳结构及其梳理性能的研究

摘　　要：国产Ｂ３１１型精梳机系列的圆梳顶梳的梳针结构不合理，直接影响梳理质量和工作效率。本文介绍了新型装配式整体圆梳的持点，拍摄了其梳理过程的图片，用自制的梳理力测试系统测得了新老圆梳顶梳的梳理力曲线，从理论和实用两方面对梳理效能作了较全面的分析对比，为改造和发展精梳机部件提供了有力的理论依据。n a comber of B311 series made in China,the structure of comb pin of cylinder and top comb is not reasonable, which affects directly the combing quality and processing efficiency. In this paper, the characteristics of a new assembly unicomb cylinder is decribed, a series of photograth is presented to show a combing process, the comb porces of both the new and original comber were measured by a Comb Force Testing System, the comb effect were compared through theoretical analysis and practical investigation, which provide a solid theoretical base for the reform and development of comb parts.
