摘 要:在修正了对积极式送经装置功能要求的基础上,设计了双控式电子送经装置方案。将纱线、织物,准备工序和织机等四方面的参数输入计算机并模拟出一个满足织造工艺要求的织轴转速曲线,为该装置的研制奠定了坚实的基础。模拟运行结果,双控式电子送经机构能按照织造规律主动送出所需经纱,改变了现有机构的模索式送经,可有效地消除送经织疵,为数以万计的织机改造和新机设计提供了一条途径。The functional requirement of positive let-off motion has been modfied. The scheme of a new kind of doubly controlled eletronic let-off device has been designed. The parameters which influence the let-off motion, including parameters of the yarn, fabric,yarn preparation and weaving process were input computer to determine a curve of rotational speed of weaver's beam, and this curve can fully meet requirement of weaving process. This has laid a foundation for the new let-off device. The result of simulative operation has shown that the doubly controlled electronic let-off device can positively deliver warp to the weaving area at the rate required by weaving process and effectively eliminate thin and thick bars.It provides an useful solution for design and reform of looms which serve in mills in great quantity.
