毛织物化学定形剂的研制及应用

摘　　要：介绍了一种由抗氧化剂、单乙醇胺衍生物、还原性含硫化合物、亚硫酸盐、酰胺类化合物、渗透剂和水所组成的新型羊毛化学定形剂；对该化学定形剂的应用工艺、定形效果进行了研究。工业化生产实验表明该化学定形剂对于多种毛织物定形工艺简便易行，定形效果稳定耐久。染后毛织物经定形处理色泽不受影响，染前经定形处理的毛织物染色性能有所改善，定形处理后毛织物的物理机械性能不受影响。his paper introduced a new kind of settillg agent fur woollen fabrics which is composed of unit-oxidizing agent,mono-ethanolamine, Sulfite, Anlidated compound and water-etc.Its application technology and effect were studied. The result of inductrial production shown that its technology is simple and setting effect is'stable.The agent can improve dyeing, phsical and mechanical properties of woolen fabrics, and doesn't affect the colour of dyed ones.
