摘 要:本文引入正交设计,方差分析,正交回归等数理统计方法,首次得出4种添加剂ZrO2,B4C,SiC,SiO2含量与氧化烧蚀率的数学关系式,得出了添加剂对其抗氧化处的影响规律,并首次分析了4种添加剂对氧化烧蚀率的影响显著性程度.One of the pressing problems encountered in carbon/carbon composites (c/ c) development in China is the effect of additives on oxidation resistance of such composites. Mckce's two papers in 1987 [1] and 1988 [4] respectively studied such problem but not quite systematically. This may be partly due to the rather long period of time required for preparation of C / C specimens. In the authors experimental study, four different additive components, ZrO2, B4C, SiC, SiO2(Mckee used B4C, SiC and ZrB4 only) arc sclected and three different weight percentages of each additive component are selected. This requires, if we follow Mckee's example, 81 specimens altogether and thus requires a great dcal of time and expense. Statistical methods arc introduced to reduce the number of specimens to only 9 (compared with random points used by Mckec). Finally, the authors give the mathematical equations (1 ̄3), which are statistically obtained, relating weight percentages of the four additives to the burning rate (main index of oxidation resistance). Components ZrO2, B4C and SiO2 but not SiC affect the buring rate significantly. The experimental results show that cqs. (1- 3) arc highly effective and reliable.
