摘  要:用化学气相沉积(CVD)热解碳制备了T3OO(PAN)碳纤维增强热解碳的单向C/C复合材料.在氩气保护下测定了这种材料在同一应力不同温度和同一温度不同应力下的早期蠕变行为.通过数学处理,早期蠕弯数据满足.m可表示为:m=0.0003T(K)-0.0016σ(MPa)+0.To date, to the authors' best knowledge, the primary behavior of carbon/carbon composite is still lacking in the open literature.Such behavior is indispensable if this important structural material is to be used under super-high-temperature conditions. For the authors experimental study of primary creep behavior, all specimens of unidirectional carbon/carbon (C/C) composites of carbon fiber reinforcced pyrolyzed carbon are successfuly prepared by CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition). The primary creep behavior is tested for a temperature range of 1 900℃ ̄2350℃ and for a stress range of 164MPa-269MPa. The temperature is measured by infrared thermometer, temperature flucturation being limited to ±2℃. The elongation is measured by LVDT (linear variable differential transducer) whose smallest scale subdivision is 1 μm. The primary creep behavior data is satisfied with the equation ε-ε0=Atm. By mathematical Treatmentm can be expressed as: m=0.000 37(K)-0.001 6σ (MPa)+0.203 2.
