落叶松叶蜂的化学防治及室内药效试验

摘　　要：本文总结出了６种杀虫剂对落叶松叶蜂３～４龄幼虫毒力测定的结果、ＬＣ５０为：有机磷杀虫剂甲基１６０５＞乐果＞乙基对硫磷，菊脂类的灭扫利＞来福灵＞功夫。采用烟剂在３～４龄之间进行防治时效果最好。药剂防治时用药量为：ＤＤＶＰ７４１烟剂１１．２５ｋｇ／ｈｍ２，５０％林丹烟剂７．５ｋｇ／ｈｍ２；低量喷雾时（克·有效成份／ｈｍ２）敌杀死２．５～５ｇ／ｈｍ２。功夫２８ｇ／ｈｍ２，灭扫利１５７０ｇ／ｈｍ２，来福灵１７８ｇ／ｈｍ２，乐果６９０ｇ／ｈｍ２，灭幼脲Ⅲ号５１０ｇ／ｈｍ２。The present paper reports the results of toxicity-test of 3 to 4 instar larvae by six insecticides.It was showed that effectiveness of Methyl parathion>Dimethoata>Parathion and Fenvalerate>Meothrin>Karate pp321 of Lc50 The control with smoke-insecticides in 3rd and 4th instar larvae showed most effective.With low capacity the efficient elements insecticides/hm2were as follows:11. 25kg/hm of DDVP741 and 7.5kg/hm of Lindane of somke-insecticidal,2.5-5g/hm2 of Decamethrin,28g/hm2 of Karate pp321,1.57kg/hm2 of Fenvalerate,0.178kg/hm2 of Meothrin,0.69kg/hm2 of Dimethoate,and 0.51kg/hm2 of Diflubenzuron Ⅲ.
