摘　　要：本文指出了在主轴回转误差诊断的研究中，把误差运动当作确定性周期过程，用谐波分析法进行分析处理存在的问题，提出了把主轴回转误差运动当作平稳随机过程，应用时间序列分析法对动态测试数据进行分析处理，讨论了时间序列分析法的建模问题，拟定了相应的误差诊断闲测试分析系统方案。This paper points out that in rotational error diagnosis of spindle it is inaccurate to consider error motion of axis of rotation as determinant periodic process and to treat it with harmonic analysis method. It puts forward an idea that the error motion is considered as stable random process and that its dynamic measuring data are analysed and treated by using time series analysis method. It discusses mathematic model of the error motion in the time series analysis. It also gives a plan on measuring and analysing system for rotational error diagnosis of spindle.
