膜荚黄芪茎叶粉饲喂小鼠的毒性反应研究

摘　　要：通过在日粮中添加不同比例的膜荚黄芪茎叶粉对小鼠的饲喂效果和毒性反应试验结果表明，小鼠日粮中搭配５％和１０％膜荚黄芪组的饲养效果与对照组无明显差异，未发现毒性反应；日粮中搭配２０％组有４只小鼠于试验的第３２天中毒死亡，另４只存活小鼠日增重呈负增长，中毒症状和组织学变化类似疯草中毒的典型病变；５０％组小鼠于试验第４天全部中毒死亡。Forty “KunMing”mice were assigned randomly to five groups of eight mice per grou.Group 1 (control)was maintained on a diet of 100% mixed concentrates; group 2 through 5 were fed awaferea feed composed of 5%, 10%, 20%, 50%dried ground A. membranaceus and 95%, 90%,80%, 50%mixed concentrates respectively. A study was carried out on effects of feeding mice withA. membranaceus of the various percentage. The results showed that there were no significant differencesbetween the weight gains compared group 2 and group 3 with group 1(control ),but tne reedingeffects of group 4 and group 5were significantly lower than that group 1.In group 4 ,four mice diedin the 3 2nd day of trial. The daily gains of other survived mice showed negative increasing. Theirpoisoned symptoms and histopathologic changes were similar to locoism. All mice of group 5 died inthe 4th day of trial.
