摘　　要：本文报告92例妇女使用释放左旋18-甲基炔诺酮阴道环1年效果及安全性观察。随访率100%,有效率96.19%,脱环率2.40%。主要副反应为经间点滴出血,此系所有单方孕酮避孕药物共同点;观察了33例上环前、后月经血量,结果显示本环不影响失血量。其副反应小、作用点低、对全身无明显影响。使用方便,为当前一种新型避孕工具。The efficacy and safety of vaginal ring releasing levonorgestrel were studied in 92 women for one year. It was found that the follow-up rate was 100%, the effective rate 96.19% and the expulsion rate 2.40%. The main side effect was spotting' as is often the case with all single progestongen contraceptive agents. The MBL was measured randomly in 33 subjects before and after influence on MBL. Our experimental results indicated that the vaginal ring possesses the following advantages:slight side effects, low anovulatory occurrence, no systemic influence, relative long-term effect and expediency for use consequently, it proves to be a new highly effective contraceptive device.
