抗炎6号注射液对小鼠脾自然杀伤细胞活性的影响及其作用机理

摘　　要：以YAC-1为靶细胞,采用^(125)IUdR释放法研究抗炎6号对小鼠脾自然杀伤细胞(NK)活性的影响与作用机理。结果表明:体内不同的给药剂量与时间均能不同程度地增强小鼠脾NK活性,其活性高峰在给药后12～72小时。作用机理研究提示,药物体内促进NK活性的作用与其具有解除正常巨噬细胞(Mφ)对NK细胞的抑制作用和激活Mφ而介导的增强NK活性有关,呈Mφ依赖性。Using YAG-1 cell as the target cell and 125IUdR release cytotoxicity assay, the effects of the injectio antiphlogistica No. 6 on the spleen NK cell activity in mice were studied. The results indicated that the spleen NK cell activity was enhanced in varying degrees by the agent administered at different times and in different doses, with peak of activity being in the periods between 12 and 72 hours. Studies on the agent's mechanism of action revealed that its effects of enhancing NK cell activity in vivo were closely related to the fact that the inhibitive effect of macrophage on the NK cell was removed and that NK cell activity was increased by activated macrophage. From the above, it may be suggested that the increase of NK cell activity is dependent on macrophage.
