萘普生和醋酸棉酚对离体人子宫内膜前列腺素生物合成的影响

摘  要:本文采用人离体子宫内膜滴注法检测萘普生和醋酸棉酚对人子宫内膜前列腺素E(简称PGE)和前列腺素F2α(简称PGF2α)合成的影响。结果显示人子宫内膜PGE和PGF2α的合成率在180分钟内随时间延长呈现指数形式下降,萘普生明显抑制PGE和PGF2α的生物合成(P<0.01),醋酸棉酚亦可抑制PGE的合成(P<0.05),但对PGF2α的作用表现为先抑制后兴奋的双相作用。The present study was aimed at observing the effects of naproxen and gossypol on the biosynthesis of PGF2α and PGE in human endometrium by utilizing the in vitro endometrium perifusion method. The results indicated that the synthetic rate of PGF2α and PGE of human endometria decreased gradually and regularly within 0-180 minutes. The synthesis of PGE and PGF2α of human endometrium was significantly depressed by naproxen under given conditions. Therefore, this method can be used for assaying the activity of the prostaglandin synthetase. The synthesis of PGE was depressed by gossypol acetic acid. The synthetic rate of PGF2α decreased within 0-90 minutes, but afterwards it gradually increased.
