摘  要:非感光性莴苣(挂丝红品种)种子于22℃下萌发率在80%左右,而28℃下不萌发。22℃下外源亚精胺显著促进种子萌发,多胺生物合成抑制剂DFMA和DCHA明显抑制种子萌发,而DFMO无效。22℃诱导种子萌发过程中内源腐胺和亚精胺含量显著高于28℃下它们的含量。GA_3处理能诱导28℃下种子的萌发,单独外源亚精胺处理效果不大,而外源亚精胺对GA_3诱导效应有促进作用。DF-MA和DCHA能抑制GA_3诱导28℃下种子的萌发,此抑制效应又能被外源亚精胺部分逆转。GA_3处理也提高了28℃下种子内源腐胺和亚精胺的含量。Effects of polyamines,gibberellic acid and their relationship on germinatoin of lettuce(Latuca sativa L.)seeds were investigated.The seeds were not sensitive to light but highlyto temperature. About 80% of seeds germinated at 22℃, but no seed germinated at 28℃ ei-ther under the light or in the dark.The germination of seeds incubated at 22℃ was promotedby spermidine(Spd),it was inhibited by DFMA and DCHA,while DFMO was non-effective.The contents of endogenous putrescine(Put)and Spd in the seeds incubated at 22℃ for l2,24,48 or 72 hours were much greater than those at 28℃。 GA_3 could induce germination ofseeds at 28℃,while Spd could not do it. The GA_-induced germination of seeds could be en-hanced by Spd and inhibited by DFMA and DCHA,and their inhibitions were partially re-versed by Spd. GA_3 treatment promoted the contents of endogenous Put and Spd of seeds at28℃. These results suggested Put and Spd played an important role in germination of Lat-tuce seeds;and that GA_3-induced the enhancement of polyamine contents was one of the rea-sons that GA_3 broke the dormancy of seeds at 28℃。
