含铜宫内节育器对大鼠子宫DNA、RNA含量的影响

摘　　要：组织化学与扫描显微分光光度测定结果表明,大鼠子宫内膜腔上皮细胞DNA,RNA含量在动情周期中呈明显的周期性改变。与自身对照子宫相比,放置CuIUD30天后,子宫内膜DNA含量在动情后期与动情间期显著降低(P<0.05),RNA含量在动情前期与动情期亦显著降低(P<0.02),CuIUD对子宫上皮细胞DNA、RNA有明显的抑制效应,可能是其避孕作用的重要机制之一。The effects of copper intrauterine devices (CuIUDs) on the contents of DNA and RNA in the endometria of rats have been studied by means of histo-chemical and scanning microspectrophotometric methods. The experimental results indicated that the contents of DNA and RNA in the epithelial cells varied significantly with the estrous cycle. After 30 days with the CuIUDs in utero, the mean epithelial DNA-value was significantly decreased at met-and di-estrus (P<0.05),and the RNA-con-tent reduced at proestrus and estrus (P<0.02), as compared with those in the epithelial cells in contralateral uterine horns. The inhibitory effects of CuIUDs on the en-dometrial DNA and RNA can be considered as one of their main contraceptive mechanisms.
