摘　　要：采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定药用植物菘蓝的根、茎和叶中 Cu、Zn、Fe、Mg、Ca的含量。加标回收率在 97.6 %— 10 4 .9%之间 ,相对标准偏差 (RSD)小于 1.5 %。该法灵敏度高 ,结果准确。为研究金属元素在菘蓝中的分布及其含量与菘蓝的药效关系提供了有用的数据。Metallic elements such as Cu,Zn,Fe,Mg and Ca were detected in the root,stem and leaf of Isatis Indigotica Fort by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The recovery in standard addition are in the range of 97.6%—104.9% with RSD les s than 1.5%.The method is rapid and accurate.The results provide a useful data f or studying the distribution of these elements in different parts of Isatis In digotica Fort,and it is useful for discussing the relationship between the con tents of these elements and the medical effects.
