高效液相色谱内标法测定烟草料液中的几种非挥发性成分

摘　　要：以甘露醇为内标物 ,Waters Suger- Park- 1钙型阳离子交换柱为固定相 ,0 .0 5 g/L EDTA钙钠水溶液为流动相分离 ,示差折光仪为检测器 ,高效液相色谱法一次进样同时测定料液样品中的糖、甘油、丙二醇和木糖醇。方法 RSD在 0 .6 8%— 0 .76 %之间 ,标准回收率在 98%— 10 2 %之间 ,结果令人满意。The sugars,glycerol,propylene glycol and xylitol in tobacco sauce were separated on a Waters Suger-Pak-I cations ion exchange column (6.5×300mm),with 0.05g/L EDTA calcium disodium salt solution as mobile phase and detected with a refract ive index detector system, and determined by high performance liquid chromatogra phy (HPLC).The relative standard deviations are in the range of 0.68%—0.76% wit h recoveries of 98%—102%.This method was applied to the simultaneous determinat ion of sugars, glycerol,propylene glycol and xylitol in ferment product with goo d result.
