摘　　要：本文参考中国移动的CMPP、中国电信的SMGP等短消息网关协议和规范,采用异步双工并发通信与存储转发相结合的快速软交换技术体系,为虚拟运营商提出了一套完善的短消息代理网关系统的设计方案和实现方法。为服务提供商提供了统一的短信接入平台,也实现了不同协议的运营商网关之间的短信互通。Short message gateway protocols of China Mobile Co. and China Telecom Co. are referred to. Asynchronous duplex concurrent communication combined with store and forward mechanism, called fast soft-switching technical hierarchy, is adopted. A set of design project and implement methods for the proxy gateway system are put forward for virtual operators. A uniform short message access platform is provided for service providers. Inter-communication between different operators' short message gateways based on different protocols is achieved as well.
