摘  要:本文比较4种宫内节育器,即不锈钢(SS-IUD),含铜(Cu-IUD)、含左旋-18甲基炔诺酮(LNG-IUD)和兼含铜与左旋-18甲基炔诺酮(LNG-Cu-IUD)节育器对兔子宫内膜溶酶体酸性磷酸酶活性的影响。置器30天后检查,带器子宫酶活性皆有所增高,酶活性强度顺序为Cu-IUD>SS-IUD>LNG-Cu-IUD和LNG-IUD。LNG有抑制Cu增加子宫溶酶体酶活性的作用。文中讨论了发展兼含Cu和LNG的LNG-Cu-IUD的可行性。The activity of lysosomal acid phosphatase has been studied in the endometria of four groups of rabbits wearing different types of intrauterine contraceptive devices(IUDs)j stainless steel(SS-IUD), copper(Cu-IUD), levonorgestrel(6 μg/ 24h) with stainless steel(LNG-IUD), and levonorgestrel(6 μg/24h) plus copper(LNG-Cu-IUD). Examination on the 30th day after insertion indicated that all IUDs could increase the activity of the enzyme to some extent. The activity in the endometium exposed to SS-IUD was higher than that in its contralateral horn, and that exposed to Cu-IUD was much higher than to SS-IUD,but the enzymatic activity in the endometria exposed to LNG-Cu-IUD was significantly lower than that to the Cu-IUD. The results suggest that levonorgestrel can inhibit the stimulating effect of copper on the endometrial lysosomal enzyme. The role played by lysosome in the process of normal and IUD-induced menstrual bleeding and the possibility of developing a new multi-medicated IUD are also discussed.
