摘 要:本文以巨细胞病毒(CMV)核酸杂交技术检测34例婴儿肝炎综合征患者尿标本的带病毒水平。结果表明其感染率(44.1%)明显高于正常对照组(15%,P<0.05)。并初步发现CMV感染在患者母婴间分布有较高的相关性(符合率为13/14)。对患者体液免疫分析的结果表明,伴发CMV感染的婴儿肝炎病理过程不涉及类似Ⅲ型变态反应的免疫病理变化,但其血清C_3水平明显低下,原因值得进一步探讨。The infectious rate of human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) in 34 infants with infantile hepatitis syndrome (IHS) was 44.1% (15/34) by using DNA-DNA hybridization assay for detecting HCMV DNA in urine samples, which was significantly hiher than that of normal infants (13.0%,P< 0.05).It was found that HCMV had a close connection with the pathogenesis of partial IHS patients.There was significant correlation between IHS infants and their mothers in the distribution of HCMV infection and, therefore, the possibility that HCMV vertical transmission might play an important role in epidemiology of IHS. It was demonstrated by analysing the contents of sera IgG, IgA, IgM, C3 and circulating immune complex that immune-complex-mediated allergy was not involved in the pathogenesis of IHS with HCMV infection. The experimental results also revealed that the patients with CMV infection were always accompanied by lower level of sera C3, the reason for which remains to be further investigated.
