四步针药疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效分析

摘　　要：目的　观察四步针药疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效。方法　将 2 6 0例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组采用四步针药疗法 ,对照组采用LK D型六合多功能治疗仪配合口服芬必得片。结果　治疗组 15 8例 ,愈显率 76 .5 8% ,总有效率 93.6 7% ,综合疗效显著优于对照组 (χ2 =18.5 38,P <0 .0 0 5 )。Objective To investigate the efficacy of four-step acupuncture and medicine therapy for treatment of genual osteoarthritis.Methods Two hundred and sixty patients with genual osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment and control groups.The treatment group received four-step acupuncture and medicine therapy and the control group was treated with LK-D sixfold multi-functional therapeutic instrument plus oral administration of Fenbid.Results In the treatment group,the cure and marked effectiveness rate was 58% and the total efficacy rate was 93.6%.The overal effect was significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group (χ 2=18.538,P<0.005).Conclusion Four-step acupuncture and medicine therapy has a good effect on genual osteoarthritis.
