摘　　要：在计算机网络设计中，由于很难直接评定网络设计结果与理想最佳结果的接近程度，故需研究一些间接的评价方法及指标。本文提出了一组反映网络设计结果各个方面的评价分析指标，并以这些指标作为改进网络设计的依据。In the design of computer networks,it’s quite difficult to tell the di fference between the theoretical optimums and the designed results. SO it’s badly needed a kind of method to evaluate the results designed by network engineers.In this peper, a group of parameters are defined and used to guide the TCFA optimal design procedure. At the end of the peper,the results of some examples are given.
