摘 要:采用X射线荧光光谱法测定钢中有害元素P、S、As、Pb、Zn、Sn的含量,实现了铜中有害元素P、S、As、Pb、Zn、Sn含量的在线分析.各待测成分的分析范围为:P 0.004 2%~0.047%、S 0.0094%~0.073%、As 0.011%~0.092%、Pb0.001 2%~0.087%、Zn 0.0005%~0.011%、Sn 0.0093%~0.005%.用该方法对标准样品进行测定,测定结果与标准值基本一致,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.08%~1.90%(n=10).P, S, As, Pb, Zn and Sn in steel were determined by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry.On-line analysis of P, S, As, Pb, Zn and Sn was realized. The linear ranges of determination were 0.0042%~0.047% for P, 0.0094%~0.073% for S, 0.011%~0.092% for As, 0.0012%~0.087% for Pb, 0.0005%~0.011 % for Zn, 0.0093%~0.095% for Sn.The method was applied to the determination of P, S, As, Pb, Zn and Sn in steel, the results were consistet with the standard values, the relative standard deviations were 1.08%~1.90%(n=10).
