摘　　要：目的探讨石家庄市道路交通事故伤的特征、发展趋势及其决定因素.方法对石家庄市2000～2003年交通事故统计监测资料进行分析.结果 (1)4年中平均每年发生交通事故6 280起,死亡786人,受伤3 593人.2003年交通事故起数、伤亡人数均较以往有所下降.(2)仅有标志、标线的路段发生交通事故占事故总数的41.01%.(3)发生交通事故原因中人为的因素占94.09%,机械因素占1.70%,道路因素占0.20%.(4)驾驶小型客车在交通事故中占37.19%.(5)驾龄＜6年的驾驶员引起的交通事故占60.20%.结论加强、改善石家庄市事故高发路段的交通管理,开展有效的交通安全教育以减少人为因素造成的交通事故势在必行.如能加强管理,严格执法,交通安全状况将会得到明显改善.Objective To explore the features, developing trend and decisive factors of road traffic accidents in Shijiazhuang.Methods The relative data of traffic accidents from 2000 to 2003 in Shijiazhuang collected from the traffic administration bureau were analyzed statistically and discussed.Results ⑴ The amounts of road traffic accidents, deaths and the injured were 2932, 495 and 1748, respectively. Compared with those in 2000, it decreased by 57.90%, 48.54% and 56.88%, respectively. Compared with those in 2001, it decreased by 63.06%, 44.75% and 61.78%, respectively. Compared with those in 2002, it decreased by 59.76%, 37.42% and 56.23%, respectively, and much less significantly than before. (2) More traffic (41.01%) accidents occurred on the road with unavailable traffic lines or signs. (3) Among the causes of road traffic accidents, human factor accounted for 94.09% (motor vehicle drivers 90.69%), mechanical:1.70%, road: 0.20%. ⑷ Traffic accidents involved in the car accounted for 37.19%. ⑸ Traffic accidents caused by divers with less than 6 years of driving accounted for 60.20%.Conclusion It is necessary and urgent to improve and strengthen the traffic administration on the road with high occurrence of traffic accidents at the rush and to carry out education on traffic safety so as to decrease the frequency of traffic accidents caused by human factors. If we can strengthen the traffic management and enforce the law rigorously, the traffic safety will be greatly improved.
