摘 要:合成了荧光试剂水杨醛缩氨基硫脲(SHTA),该试剂与汞离子能形成配合物,从而使该试剂在λex/λem为385nm/485nm时产生荧光熄灭。利用此配合反应建立了汞的分析方法,汞质量浓度在0~100μg/L范围内与ΔIF成线性关系,检测限为0.022μg/L,测得的相对标准偏差为1.9%,考察了20余种共存组分的干扰情况。该方法成功地应用于测定污水和污泥中痕量的汞。Fluorescence reagent salicylic aldehyde thiosemicarbazone is synthesized. This reagent can formcoordiation compound with mercury, so as to make this reagent produce fluoroscence extinction, when it is at λex/λem=385 nm/485 nm. Making use of this reaction, the analytical method of mercury is so set up. When the mercury content is within the range of 0 - 100 μg/L, it is linear with ΔIF. The detectability is 0.022 μg/L. The relative standard deviation detected is 1.9%. More than 20 kinds of coexistent components have been investigated. This method has been successfully applied to the determination of trace mercury in wastewater and sludge.
